XAU / USD trend forecast APRIL 23, 2025
⚠️Gold prices declined at the start of Wednesday’s Asian session, following remarks from US President Donald Trump indicating he has no plans to dismiss Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell. As of now, XAU/USD is down over 1%, trading around $3,333.
Trump recently clarified that he does not intend to remove Powell from his position, stating, “The media tends to exaggerate. No, I have no plans to fire him. I’d just prefer to see him take a more proactive stance on cutting interest rates.”
⚠️Gold prices have shown signs of adjustment after news of Russia-Ukraine war negotiations and China-US tariff policy negotiations. The long-term price increase has stalled.
