Will BTC Break 8300 resistance or not?

We have had some difficulty breaking through on the most recent timeframe, so while the world's markets seem to be pulling towards recession, this is the time that we should see money start pouring back into Crypto, as the value of the Dollar is debased by initial Quantitative Easing in the form of Stock Repos.
