XMRBTC has bottomed or very close? Monero's "Perfect Storm"

XMR/BTC is at the end of three orders of down waves.
Might be a good time to move some Bitcoin into Monero.
It could of course go lower, but it should bounce some here.

Red 4.236 I think was the bottom.
Purple 3.618 adds a support later.
Blue fib series fine tunes last wave.
