Now that the Inverse Head & Shoulders from my earlier idea played out, it looks like it's formed a Cup & Handle (yellow) but I'm not 100% confident. Based on the neckline it's already roughly broken out, but I'm not convinced yet because the volume doesn't look quite right. It's possible that it's still in the process of forming a cup with a more horizontal neckline, either around 0.01765 or 0.0182
I've drawn out the different possibilities along with targets in orange and red, but it's obviously speculation at this point - just something I want to remember to watch out for.
