PERSISTENCE OVERVIEW
XPRT (Persistence) has been consolidating for over 2 months now and with the bullishness of the market the price action is approaching range high. If the PA can break above range high, we might most probably see much higher prices. These kinds of accumulations for long periods of time end up with explosive price moves.
