Here we have the SEC suing Ripple for creating money out of thin air and giving to their friends to sell, and also the owners have been selling xrp purposefully to keep the price down. All doom and gloom, ripple may well cease to exist under there circumstances, but what I see is a company with a working product that is having dodgy management. Transferring money using XRP is definitely very fast, much faster than the current SWIFT system the big banks earn their money from and they don't like that. They want a piece of the xrp system, so them and their friends at the SEC sues Ripple hoping they will implode and all the big banks get their share of the technology. This might happen, Ripple may get destroyed, but the xrp network will still remain. Ripple is dodgy, but XRP is not. Worst case scenario would be Ripple going down through all the legal battle, but someone will have to take over the XRP network, it is too good to go down with the company. Eventually when things settle down after weeks or months, the price of XRP will rebound again someday. And this is the best price to buy and accumulate for those that can still do it before more delistings happen.
