MA&EMA - Libertus - Binance setup

Hello all,

This will help you with your Binance altcoin trading. It mimics default MA's and EMA from Binance mobile app and desktop app.
Lots of coins listed there have strange relationship with those lines and this can help you trade easier.

Good luck.

MA: 7, 25, 99 (best used on 1H time frame)
EMA: 20 (also middle line for B. bands on Binance)

Update: Added Bollinger bands. Since Binance can't make up their mind and use length 20 on mobile device while using length 21 on website, I used 20, but you can change it.

Changes:
- changed crossover plot from X to ARROW, it's more visible (ON by default)
- added ability to color background instead of on candle plot (arrow), much more visible (OFF by default)
- added ability to also mark MA3 and MA4 crossover (OFF by default)
- changed default for MA3 to 100
- changed default for MA3 to SMA and 200
- upgraded code to pine 4

Why changes after 5 years? :D
Because I'm using this indicator constantly and wanted to have more visible way to see when crossover happened (background coloring). Also, SMA 100 and SMA 200 crossover was constantly one of most realible indicators of trend change, so I made those two default values.
