My attempt to replicate the functionality of the 'LT Pulse' based on information available in Alessio Rastani videos.

Added invisible plots of the 2 variables so that I can be alerted if a "Pulse" is forming or if a "Shot" is fired.

Changed the momentum indicator to better coincide with the LT Pulse (I think)... It's now based on the 8ma-21ma.
