Indicator which shows the maximum price that ArcelorMittal can buyback shares under their current buyback program.
Per the buyback program documents, it takes the 30D simple MA of ArcelorMittal stock on the Euronext Amsterdam exchange, multiplies by 110%, converts to USD then offsets 3 days.
