Overbought/Oversold BandsThe basis of this script is my "Hybrid Overbought/Oversold Detector" which uses many different oscillators to confirm overbought/oversold conditions. The main idea is to generate higher and lower bands around the desired moving average using an average of the volatility (ATR) and the standard deviation (StDev), of course by interfering detected overbought/oversold condition.
Simply put, the more the asset become overvalued/undervalued, the tighter the channel would be and every breakout of the bands announces a return back into the channel in near future.
By default, the multiplier of the standard deviation in the indicator settings is set to 2 which means only less than 5% of price actions would appear outside the bands. Also the default multiplier of the ATR is set to 3 which leads to some similar result, but to achieve more strict results setting StDev multiplier to 3 and ATR multiplier to 4 would be useful.
The type of the central moving average could be picked up from 6 different types which are:
- SMA (Simple Moving Average)
- EMA (Exponential Moving Average)
- HMA (Hull Moving Average)
- LSMA (Least Squares Moving Average)
- TMA (Triangular Moving Average)
- MAEMA (My Personalized Momentum Adjusted EMA)
The latter one leads to a useful combination of the channel with the momentum.
Also the script has multi-timeframe features and the user could apply calculations from other time frames to the current chart.
Hope the idea would be helpful!

Multi-timeframe Dashboard for RSI And Stochastic RSI Dashboard to check multi-timeframe RSI and Stochastic RSI on 4h, 8h, 12h, D and W
Great side tool to assist on the best time to buy and sell and asset.
Shows a green arrow on a good buy moment, and a red when to sell, for all timeframes. In case there are confluence on more than one, you have the info that you need.
Uses a formula with a weight of 5 for RSI and 2 for Stochastic RSI, resulting on a factor used to set up a color for each of the timeframes.
Legend per each timeframe:
- Blue: Excellent buy, RSI and Stoch RSI are low
- Green: Great buy, RSI and Stoch RSI with a quite positive entry point
- White: Good buy
- Yellow: A possible sell, depending on combination of timeframes. Not recommended for a buy
- Orange: Good sell, depending on combination of timeframes
- Red: If on more than one timeframe, especially higher ones, it is a good time to sell
For reference (But do your own research):
- Blue on Weekly: Might represent several weeks of growth. Lower timeframes will cycle from blue to red, while daily and Weekly gradually change
- Blue on Daily: Might represent 7-15 days of growth, depending on general resistance and how strongly is the weekly
PS: Check the RSI, Stochastic RSI and other indicators directly as well

This is my second Multi Time Frame Candles script but with this new one, you will have some new features such volume info, remaining time to close of higher time frame candle and also developed using new features of Pine such array of lines. also I tried to make it 3D for better visualization ;) also it shows new highs/lows / breakouts.
I tried to make many things optional, so you can change almost everything using options.
What you can change using options:
- Higher time frame
- Number of Candles
- Candle Colors Up/Down
- Wick Color
- Volume colors Up/Down
- Text color of Remaining Time
- Shadow Color
- Background color
- Start bar of the candles (so you can see many higher times frame candles in same window)
- 3D effect, by default it's enables but you can disable 3D view
Lets see some examples:

RSI MTF thresholds with auto adjustmentThe RSI MTF thresholds panel allows for identification of strong trends across multiple timeframes with automatic adjustment for different timeframes by utilising multiples of the chosen resolution. A specific timeframe can be used by entering its multiple in the corresponding Resmult() box.
The panel shows the current timeframe as well as 4 additional timeframes, displaying whether the RSI level is above a high threshold or below a low threshold.
A green or red indication on all timeframes is a strong indication of a trend that has some staying power on the timeframe under examination.
Markets that are ranging with no identifiable trend will show blank spaces.
Failure of the trend to "climb up" the panel shows a weak trend, while repeated signals in the same direction is a strong indication of a trend forming as the RSI level is prevented from cycling to the opposing extreme.
High probability continuations can be identified by a brief loss of signal at the lowest level of the panel only (corresponding to the current timeframe).
Setting the thresholds higher towards the overbought/oversold regions will identify levels that are oversold on multiple timeframes.
Happy to take suggestions or attempt to modify if there is interest.

Multiple Time Frames Moving Averages (x3)This indicator is a set of 3 moving averages for which you can configure the type of the moving averages , their length , and of course the time frame . The moving averages you can choose from are:
- Simple Moving Average ( SMA )
- Exponential Moving Average ( EMA )
- Weighted Moving Average ( WMA )
- Running Moving Average (RMA)
- Hull Moving Average ( HMA )
- Volume Weighted Moving Average ( VWMA )
- Arnaud Legoux Moving Average ( ALMA )
The time-frames you can choose from - minutes (1, 3, 5, 15, 45), hours (1, 2, 3, 4, 12), days (1, 3), weekly or monthly .
Overall, it is a minimalistic indicator. No major improvements or trading logic like some of my other indicators, but I did make it slightly easier to use and visually appealing. The MAs' colors change from light to dark green/blue/red depending on the trend - bullish or bearish respectively. Initially, those were changing from green to red (based on direction) but it became a bit confusing when they started crossing each other. Anyway, feel free to change those colors to whatever you like.
If you have suggestions on how to improve this indicator or ideas about new ones, please drop me a line. Thanks.
TradeChartist Essential MTF Screener™TradeChartist Essential MTF Screener is an adaptive and powerful multi time frame screener toolkit for several essential trading indicators like RSI, Stochastic, CCI, MACD, 15 different Moving Averages, Heikin Ashi Trend and Net Volume, which can be visualised as a singular Indicator plot or as MTF Screener blocks showing absolute or trend-based colour coded Bull/Bear Strength along with real-time indicator value labels.
===================================================================================================================
™𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗧𝗙 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹
====================================================
MTF Screener can be used as a singular Time Frame screener plot or as colour coded screener blocks with several Time Frames (based on Time Frame Multiplier inputs) and based on user preference of the indicator such as RSI, Stoch, CCI, MACD, one of 15 Moving Averages, Heikin Ashi Trend or Net Volume from the 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞 dropdown.
For RSI, Stoch, MACD and Moving Averages, Source price is required from the Sᴏᴜʀᴄᴇ dropdown (default - close). Sᴍᴏᴏᴛʜɪɴɢ input can be used to smooth the plot.
RSI, CCI and Stoch lengths are 14 as default and each of them have Uᴘᴘᴇʀ Bᴀɴᴅ and Lᴏᴡᴇʀ Bᴀɴᴅ inputs, which decides the colour of the screener block.
MACD has 3 inputs namely - Fᴀsᴛ Lᴇɴɢᴛʜ , Sʟᴏᴡ Lᴇɴɢᴛʜ and Sᴍᴏᴏᴛʜɪɴɢ and the default is the classic settings (12,26,9). Type of MA used can be chosen from under 𝟰. 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 section of the indicator settings. For classic MACD, use EMA which is default.
Moving Average has two inputs namely - MA ᴛʏᴘᴇ (which allows one of 15 Moving Averages) and MA Lᴇɴɢᴛʜ (default - 55).
Heikin Ashi Trend and Net Volume do not need any inputs.
===================================================================================================================
𝗠𝗧𝗙 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀
Screener blocks are plotted as default and each row represents a specific Time Frame based on the Time Frame Multiplier (Default - 11 TF Multipliers from 1 to 2 in steps of 0.1) entered by the user in the 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗼𝘁𝘀 section. There are 11 maximum rows or Time Frame Multipliers that can be displayed. For example, if the user wants just 4 timeframes say, 1hr, 2hr , 4hr and Daily on a 1hr chart, the user should enter 4 in 𝐍𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐓𝐅 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 input box and enter 1, 2, 4 and 24 in the Time-Frame Multiplier input boxes.
The Screener block colour can be changed from the settings. Each Screener row will have the data labels displayed in real-time as default ( Aʟʟᴏᴡ Rᴇᴘᴀɪɴᴛɪɴɢ (Cᴜʀʀᴇɴᴛ HTF Dᴀᴛᴀ) ). Disabling this will have Higher Time Frame data lag based on previous HTF close. Real-time data is recommended for live prices/data as it helps see the current dynamic.
Hᴇɪᴋɪɴ Asʜɪ Sᴄʀᴇᴇɴᴇʀ plots data based on Heikin Ashi chart on normal candle/bar chart.
Tʀᴇɴᴅ Bᴀsᴇᴅ Sᴄʀᴇᴇɴᴇʀ (ʀsɪ, sᴛᴏᴄʜ, ᴄᴄɪ) plots color coded screener blocks based on Upper and Lower bands input from the user. The colors change only when the upper/lower band is breached for the first time since the opposite band breach.
The MTF Screener blocks can be used visually on price chart by just moving the MTF Screener to main chart with the default Separate Screener Pane - Default under Lᴀʙᴇʟs Dɪsᴘʟᴀʏ Tʏᴘᴇ to keep the labels on chart. Having separate scales for security price and MTF Screener makes it possible to view the screener blocks on main chart.
Screener overlaid on Price Chart disables the MTF screener blocks but shows the MTF labels on price chart.
MTF Screener block colours can be changed from Screener Blocks colour settings and the Screener Label colour can be changed from Screener Label Colour settings.
===================================================================================================================
𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗼𝘁
Screener Indicator Plot is a singular plot of the user preferred timeframe multiplier (entered in Iɴᴅɪᴄᴀᴛᴏʀ Pʟᴏᴛ Tɪᴍᴇғʀᴀᴍᴇ Mᴜʟᴛɪᴘʟɪᴇʀ input box) of the Essential Indicator selected by the user.
To display the indicator plot, enable Dɪsᴘʟᴀʏ Iɴᴅɪᴄᴀᴛᴏʀ Pʟᴏᴛ (ᴅɪsᴀʙʟᴇs sᴄʀᴇᴇɴᴇʀ) . For example, if the selected plot is RSI, this displays RSI of the chosen Time Frame Multiplier along with the MTF Screener Labels without the blocks.
Screener Indicator Plot colours can be changed from Indicator/Screener Label colour settings and the Label colour can be changed from Lᴀʙᴇʟ Cᴏʟᴏᴜʀ (ғᴏʀ ɪɴᴅɪᴄᴀᴛᴏʀ ᴘʟᴏᴛ) .
The example chart below shows the use of both MTF Screener Blocks and Screener Indicator Plots of various essential indicators.
===================================================================================================================
Note: ™TradeChartist Essential MTF Screener is not a Signal generator and doesnt always reflect the trend when using MTF Screener blocks. Using relatively higher Time Frame Multipliers can cause late trade entries on chart time frame. The Screener and labels help visualize the values and the relative trend where sensible using colour codes. Users must devise personal techniques to exploit and use this tool to suit their trading needs.

Moving Averages - 5 Ribbon MTF HeatmapThis is a 5 Ribbon heatmap moving averages indicator where each represents a different time frame, The RED or GREEN color palette is also affected by asset velocity using ATR.
Supports various moving averages including VMA (Default), Zero Lag, TSF (Time Series Forecast).
A single ribbon is set to GREEN when fast MA (moving average) is above the slower MA and RED when fast MA is below the slower MA.
In the settings you can set the ATR length (Average True Range) which will affect the velocity calculation for the colors, higher ATR length will smooth the coloring more (Less color changes), while lower ATR will show more instant changes.
HOW TO USE?
The brighter the GREEN is the stronger the up trend.
The brighter the RED is the stronger the down trend.
A weakening GREEN color can be a sign for a down reversal.
A weakening RED color can be a sign for a up reversal .
Supports alerts when fast moving average crosses slow moving average from all time frames, either way, up or down.
Comments/Suggested/Positive feedbacks are welcome and can make this indicator even better.

MA MTF Momentum HistogramMy own interpretation indicator which i call multi time frame moving averages momentum with NO LAG EMA support (Optional).
The indicator is calculated by subtracting the long-term EMA from the short-term EMA .
This pretty much resembles the MACD moving averages calculation but without the smoothing of the histogram.
Can also be used to find divergences.
The background shows the main trend with higher time frame which can be set in the settings.
Aimed to use with Higher time frame (Double or more) but can also work with lower time frame.
How to use the indicator?
==Histogram==
Green: Momentum of asset is positive and increasing.
Lighter Green: Momentum of asset is still positive but decreasing and can revert to negative momentum.
Red: Momentum of asset is negative and increasing.
Lighter Red: Momentum of asset is still negative but increasing and revert to positive momentum.
==Background Color - Main Trend==
Green: HTF (Higher time frame) momentum is positive.
RED: HTF momentum is negative.

Kal's MTF OBV Haar Version 3Kal’s Multi-Time-Frame On-Balance-Volume Haar, also known as Kal’s MTF OBV Haar is a method/study for finding trending volume levels on stocks, indexes and cryptocurrencies using OBV, CMF and CCI over different time-frames (10Min, 1H, 4H, 1D, 1W, 1Month).
Upon adding to the 10Min chart, the sample Image in Tradingview looks as follows:
Note: Always check your time-frame(TF). Compare current TF to a row’s(bead row’s) time-frame. Ensure current TF is lower than a row’s time-frame when looking at it and higher time-frame rows above it. For instance, if you choose your chart’s time-frame at 1D, the lower time-frame rows(i.e. 10Min, 1H, 4H) don’t make sense.
For cryptocurrencies, one week is 7 periods, two weeks is 14 periods
For stocks, one week is 5 periods, two weeks is 10 periods
For the study of stocks, I used
9-period EMA over OBV for time-frames (10Min, 1H, 4H, D)
4-period EMA over OBV for time-frames (W, M)
For the study of cryptocurrencies, I would update EMAs as follows:
13-period EMA over OBV for time-frames (10Min, 1H, 4H, D)
6-period EMA over OBV for time-frames (W, M)
These days I'm finding the following parameters have better fitting
19-period EMA over OBV for time-frames (10Min, 1H, 4H, D)
9-period EMA over OBV for time-frames (W, M)
Description:
---------------
In the study plot, the lowest row is 10Min, the row above 10Min is 1H, then 4H, then 1D, then 1W and the highest row is 1M
Lime( Bright Green) dot implies Trending Uptrend for that time-frame
Red dot implies Trending Downward for that time-frame
It’s best to wait and research for possibility of Trend Reversal during the following dots/bricks:
Silver dot implies indecisive up
Orange dot implies indecisive downtrend
Lime Brick implies CCI is near Zero line( between 15 and 0)
Red Brick implies CCI is near Zero line( between -15 and 0)
Purple dot implies CCI zero rejection to possibly/probably continue trend UP
Yellow dot implies CCI zero rejection to possibly/probably continue trend Down
Aqua dot implies that trend is overbought or oversold. This dot usually happens between red dots or green dots. Therefore, it’s best to wait for pull-back especially in lower time frames.
Safe Trading!

Higher Timeframe Trend Indicator V3.0What is it?
An indicator that depicts the trend of up to 5 higher timeframes on the same chart without needing to context-switch between charts.
Features
- Supports up to 5 timeframes
- Trends indicated by 5 colored buttons: one for each timeframe
- Varying shades of green: uptrend
- Varying shades of red: downtrend
- White/silver: sideways/neutral
- Configurable length (time period) for each timeframe
- Increase length to capture long term trends; decrease it to capture only short term ones
- Configurable sensitivity for each timeframe
- Sensitivity determines what angle is considered trending and what is not
- Increase sensitivity to capture weak trends
- Decrease sensitivity to filter out weak trends and capture only strong/steep ones
- Sensitivity ranges from 1 (least sensitive) to 3 (most sensitive)
- Move the labels around vertically for better visibility by changing the "Location" and "Offset" parameters
How should one use it?
Use it to quickly browse through charts to understand the context across timeframes, and zero in on only those that have trends aligning on the higher and lower timeframes as per your strategy. For e.g., a chart that is trending up strongly on the 15min and 60min (indicated by dark green colored buttons), and trending down on the 1 and/or 5 min (indicated by red-colored buttons), can be shortlisted for a potential pullback trade. Use your favorite pullback strategy (Supply/Demand, Support/Resistance, Moving Averages, etc.) to hop in on the trend.
How are trends determined?
The indicator uses normalized %change in price of the linear regression line segment of the chosen price sources (close, high, low, MA, etc.) over a specified length to determine trend direction and intensity
Known Issues
Will indicate the trend correctly only for timeframes *higher* than the current (visible) resolution/timeframe of the chart. Might not indicate it correctly for lower timeframes ( i.e., lower than the current (visible) resolution/timeframe of the chart). For this reason, all timeframes lower than the current resolution will be hidden in the present release.
Future releases
- I am still experimenting with various sensitivity levels and the corresponding trend shades to make the tool as accurate and intuitive as possible. These modifications might come in
- Sensitivity levels might be increased.
- Bug fixes, if any

Profit Accumulator Moving Average SlopeMoving Average Slope Indicator
This is a support indicator to the Main Indicator which has also been published.
This indicator makes use of custom and adjustable moving averages. There are two options for this centred oscillator:
Average of Three Moving Averages on Current Time Frame
Average of Three Moving Average Time Frames for One Length (i.e. if I'm using a 1hr time frame I would take the average of 30min, 1hr and 4hr moving averages with a 12 length).
When the trend line crosses above zero it is an indication for a long trade and when the trend line crosses below zero it is an indication for a short trade.
Whilst an actual alert function is not set for the indicator, the TradingView alert function can be used to trigger a message when the trendline crosses above or below zero.
I've been using this successfully on the one hour FX charts, but seems to work equally as well on higher or lower time frames (not less than 15min).
The other indicators which are part of the suite are shown on the website which is highlighted in my signature at the bottom of the page. Purchase of the main indicator gives access to the full suite of eight indicators. I use the other indicators to confirm the direction of the trade and to determine if I want to trade or not. I use it along with the 2min, 15min and 4hr timeframes to identify the best entry window and how long I'm likely to be in the trade.

Yellow : The Setup in sideways Trend

When closer to the support resistance bands , wait for a confirmation candle to determine if you are getting resistance breakout / support or breakdown
Stop Loss - That should be done by following ones risk appetite , Ideally the open/close of the previous candle should be the stop loss for the buy/sell
but everyone has their own Risk Management Strategies based on the capital deployed.
Disclaimer : There could be scenarios when the breakout/breakdown candle is rejected , especially when it is long one
so it is always recommended to have a confirmation candle that open-closes above the breakout candle / open-closes below the breakdown candle

Support Resistance MTFHello Traders,
This is Support Resistance script that uses Multi Time Frame. While getting Close/Open/High/Low values of Higher Time Frames the script does NOT use Security function , instead it calculates them.
while choosing Higher Time Frame, you can use "Auto" option so it uses predefined Higher Time Frames, or you can choose the Higher Time Frame Manually from the list. options for HTF => 15mins, 30mins, 60mins, 120mins, 180mins, 240mins, 720mins, Day, Week, 2 Weeks, Months, 3 Months, 6 Months, 12 Months.
You have option to use High/Low or Close/Open values while calculating support resistance levels.
"Period for Highest/Lowest Bars" option is used as loopback period to check if it's Highest/lowest bars. smaller numbers = more sensitive result.
You have option for transparency and coloring of support/resistance levels/zone => Red, Lime, Blue, White, Black, Olive, Gray
An example for 15 min chart, 4hours selected as HTF
You can set transparency and colors as you wish:
You can choose Close/Open prices while calculating S/R levels instead of High/Low
Enjoy!
