Bitcoin down or up scenario

If we can not close a complete candle upper side of 10400 zones it will draw bearish Head and shoulders with 9900 9800 zone target
If we close tomorrow candle completely upper than 10400 resistance it will confirm the breakout and maybe start a new bull run
