Bitcoin Support @ $15.4k, Forming bullflag on 4hr, $17k soon?

I feel like we have a continuation pattern forming with this 4hr bullflag, we have seriously strong support around $15.4k, RSI is curling back up and only at 50ish. Plenty of reasons to be bullish but please use caution. And remember as always, this is not financial advice.
