New guy Idea Take 2.2 with dip

here is an update from my last post, lots of lines as here i know, but those of you who know how to read them will see, so here is more information.
again, i am no financial person so take this as it is information gathered by me my self and what i have been able to put together from what information i have gathered.
this is just a play for my self mostly as i gather more info.
