Moving Average and the Smooth Moving Average

I am sharing this because I see the mass of People are using the 200 Period Moving Average ( the YELLOW line) and aren't aware of the Smoothed Moving Average (BLUE line)

I am not saying that one is better than the other. They both provide strong zones of Support and Resistance.

If You want add them to Your charts and go through different timeframes to observe how the price action reacts to them.
