I want to talk about a very important level that we have almost reached, as you can see in the weekly Stochastic RSI the price is overbought right now.
The last overbought level in the weekly Stochastic RSI was 11 december 2017 since then we never reached that high again, because we had some huge drops at these levels it is possible that we can see another big correction between 30%/45% or maybe higher. The second thing is that we have a big resistance since january 2018 and we are almost touching that resistance again. In my opinion we will restest $3100 again and then drop even lower to $2800 or $2400.
So be careful if you trading these days.
