Here I drew some ideas.
Looking at the bottom of the chart the ADX indicator (Red line) is below 40, yet is looks like it is about to swing up. This is a 15 minutes chart and things might change rapidly.
Again at the bottom of the chart, +DI and -DI lines (Blue and Orange) are in a favor of a BULL movement. However, as long as ADX (the red one) is below 40 and it is not increasing, it can be a false signal.
Another idea can be formation of XABCD. Usually, XABCD doesn't form completely for Bitcoin. That is why I transparent it.
This is a 15-min chart, and thing might change quickly.
Overall, After a quick bounce, we might see another dump before the big move (if there is any, you know!).
