BITCOIN DRAFT 4B

THIS IS NOT "NEW", IT'S JUST A DETAIL ON DRAFT 4, HENCE I'M CALLING 4B.

Notes: So first, the big picture is still Draft 4 b/c I haven't detailed enough for a new draft. For the next week or so, it looks like this right now. I don't love this 4B draft bc there are blind spots I haven't cleared up yet. If I have time, I will post a "Draft 4C", which may clear it up. Then again, I never seem to have time. On an unrelated note, the most recent TSLA post, Draft 4, is actually Draft 5 bc of a typo.
