Again,Monthly RSI 97. Approaching a huge correction?

I am sorry that I am not going to post my further trading idea.
Instead, I would like to discuss where Bitcoin will go.
Since November , I have started to post my idea to short btc.
Unfortunately, I have failed all the time because I underestimated the craze.
Bitcoin has started its bull run due to the CBOE and CME bitcoin future good news.
In this month , Bitcoin digested the good news and rocketed to near $20000 level.
I just want to raise a simple question : Is there any good news other than CBOE & CME can drive us to a higher level?
At this moment , both CME & CBOE 's bitcoin future have started trading but the force seems to be insufficient to drive us towards $20000 or above.
