BTC monthly analysis

btc should go below 17000 up to 12000 to 1000 range then bounce back or there is possibilty to go straight up to 100000 from here pls put stop loss accourdingly , take all in position from here or 12000 range with zero risk up to 1 dollar negative and put all in btc right now thanks
