Bull Trap or Bull****?

Im looking at every decline in the downtrend. When the price has broken below the 12 and confirmed on the daily it has led to a decline to a lower low.
This last time it dropped below and confirmed and then on a low volume weekend it pushed back above and has risen to where we are now. Low and declining volume.
Would this suggest a bull trap?
With no strong volumes accompanying any continued rise can we expect a decline to a lower/higher low as previously. Which one should determine(volume being the caveat) as to where we are, going forward.
