Bitcoin is it End of FUD?

2017年9月16日With recent negative news came from china about Exchanges fall down, bitcoin dropped a bit hard and tested below 3000$. after a massive Panic bitcoin bounces back with great energy and crossed 3500$ within 4 hours. maybe the reason OKcoin & Houbi but not sure because they extended thier date of closingoff. on 1 hour chart, Technical indicaters indicating a nice upside move. RSI still looking positive, price is above the ichimoku cloud and 100SMA, which signaling a buy period that will help bitcoin to test 4000$ resistance.
on 1 hour chart 3500$ looks like a nice support right now and 4000$ standing as important resistance. if btc able to breach this resistance, we should see a nice move towards 4500$.
