You participate in the financial market knowing that the economic calendar is fixed, and prices will rise and fall whenever news is released. However, it is not too difficult to conclude whether the news is good or bad in relation to the DXY. This is because such news has no significant impact on the macroeconomic factors. In other words, if the U.S. economy is growing, the micro news events will only have an effect during key times and important events, and vice versa.

As you can see, when the DXY enters a downtrend, micro news events within monthly occurrences will affect the results. This means that these news events and the DXY cycle interact with each other.
