BTCUSDT (Neutral)

After a long period of whales manipulation and consolidation, bitcoin or btcusdt had finally moved down!
It trapped the bulltards before reversing the market to go down.
We finally moved down to 21k usdt.

Now, I bias is neutral, either we move up from here or we continue to go down.
There is an upcoming FOMC news!
