We're NEUTRAL but with drop of cautious bull

Why cautious bull?
We've been warning since late Oct 21, were RIGHT

Went bull few times #stocks & #crypto but overall, BEAR

Sept 22 noticed shift
Mid Oct early Nov we went FULL BULL, till recently
