Probably lately you had been asking why it has been so difficult to trade the DXY pairs. Maybe you don´t know but by now we are in a bullish trend (the clue is that light blue line at the bottom), but that one is another trading idea.
Anyway, for know you can see the channel in pink just broken today is telling us that the direction is long. By now market should be pricing tomorrow ADP news and if those are good (more than 175000 new jobs), we will see market price arriving the green lime line and then probably by Thursday market will be pricing Friday data. What I mean is that by Friday we should be arriving to that red line in the top. From a technical point of view I see a Cypher, and an AB=CD pattern.
Just follow the red line and you know what to do.
