The 1D neutral CCI = 13.4232, Highs/Lows = 0.0000 and Ultimate Oscillator = 50.016 indicate that it is near pricing a Lower High. As seen on the chart, the blue curve will serve as the confining instrument. Our short targets are intact: TP1 = 198.34 (September 15, 2017 low) and TP2 = 176.16 (July 29, 2017 low).
