Price may be weakening against the rsi indicator where you currently have divergence between price and indicator. If you are not familiar with what divergence is then notice the dark yellow line above price and the same line placed below on the top portion of the rsi indicator. Notice how the two diverge from one another. Since the indicator is diverging downward, this indicates that price may be weakening because the indicator measuring momentum of price is beginning to weaken. Therefor price may dip presenting a buy in at lower levels. Watching.

Now if the rsi indicator were to begin to rise with price, that's fine because you have not taken any positions. At this time you are just watching the charts to see if price will fall in line with the indicator.
