ETHEREUM | Seen From Two Different Perspectives

I am looking at Ethereum price developments from two different perspectives.

Considering that we are ahead of the FOMC, the price has the chance to build both moves easily.

The first scenario is that the price may go up again if the FED stands still in a dovish tone during the press conference.
A price increase over the resistance area near 1680 will push the price higher again to 1780.

Whether the FED will be hawkish or at least it will show strong support
for the economy price may confirm the head & shoulders pattern and may move lower again as is shown on the 4-hour chart.
