Delisting HNT will kill this token price totally?

"At 2023-03-25 03:00 (UTC), deposits of HNT tokens will be suspended. Deposits of HNT tokens after 2023-03-25 03:00 (UTC) will not be credited to your account and recovery will not be supported. Binance will support the Helium (HNT) contract swap on the Solana (SOL) network, with the following timeline: At 2023-04-17 03:00 (UTC), withdrawals of HNT tokens will be suspended. Binance will handle all technical requirements involved for all users holding HNT in their Binance accounts. So, this will kill HNT or it is a big market manipulation again?
