NEO needs some GAS to go to the Moon

Neo has been Consolidating between 0.5 to 0.328 Level and is getting some gas in before going up so i would recommend a buy below 115$

Buy Below 115$
Tp 1 125$
TP 2 - 150$
TP 3 - 194
TP 4 - 230 TO 250

Stop loss 85 to 88
