NEO is forming a cup and handle

NEO is forming a cup and handle. I expect the price to reach the 120 resistance area. After 120 I expect a pullback (handle will be formed) then the cup and handle formation will have 160 as target.

Stoch RSI has plenty of room to go on daily and weekly charts.
