Market is mostly in Asia, goals to take over the role of bitcoin, ethereum, and privacy based platforms, 850% plus price increase since its launch early this year.
Seems like there is a large sell wall right now in QTUM on the binance exchange, the "flag" seen above is stuck in an oscillation for now and I'll be waiting to see if it tries to break out.

looks like this "flag" may actually be a cup and handle plus a small flag on the end

Perhaps worthwhile jumping in now with a stoploss right under the flag, if it isn't a flag at the end of the cup and handle it might be the top of the handle forming which would mean it should drop slightly then rise back up. At which point buy in.
