I'm using IWM as a lead indicator and it's quite weak. I'm staying out now, waiting for a short entry when/if we get a retrace and hit some meaningful resistance. I might try a quick long trade if there's enough momentum on 1 hr. It's poker for now.

If I say we start to look bearish we'll probably gap up in the morning like crazy, so I'll keep my mouth shut. Besides, they'll laugh at me ( I know for sure) and I can't let that happen. I'll look for short entries tomorrow. An ideal one would be if we close the gap from this morning. Well, don't expect any favors from this market. :)

I went long SPY this morning from 226.50 but had to leave for business and didn't take the profit, got stopped out when the price returned. I went long again from 226.80. I think I'll leave this long for tomorrow as there seems to be some political willingness to close the gaps on SPY. It also looks like the "base" is holding for now.

OK. My calls are green and I brutally "locked" them with an equal put value instead of exiting. This will preserve the profit till tomorrow, but it will also allow for more profit in the morning if we get a strong impulse. Another day as usual.

First 3 minutes of trading and my neutral position from yesterday EOD added another 30%, so I closed it. I now might just stay flat all day and watch for some extremes. In this case I used the Friday expiration options. The trade was very low risk, next to none.
