Long Treasuries Poised For More Upside. Caution For Stocks?

On this chart TLT is graphed on the weekly timeframe. Notice the custom indicator lines. If you are interested, contact me about them. TLT traded in a tightening range for many weeks. Note the narrowing of the indicator lines.
Additionally, there appears to be a Triangle Consolidation that is taking place with 3 Inside Weeks in a row!
A breakout either way could be strong, but upside, IMHO, is favored.
