There are a few reasons I took this trade here. We see clearly the 4hr Bullish Divergence, also a inside bar bull break, in addition to increasing volume. Good Risk:Reward, and not much risk.
A 2% positon with a 9% stoploss is less than 0.5% of the account if stopped out. The two most important things in successful trading is risk management and psychology. Luckily for us, the charts represent the whole market psychology. We just have to learn to decipher it. After all that, then comes entries and exits. Unfortunately 99% of traders focus on Entries and Exits, and know very little of Money Management and psychology. Don't be part of the 99%... ;-)
