1. 2-way vol should still break 1688 (within original 48 hour forecasted)
2. but 1678 should hold 12 hours from now
3. this should lead to another spike and eventual lower low around 1660
4. 1660 should hold for some time during intermediate dead cat bounce to Oct 15ish
