Why the litecoin chart is different than bitcoin + some alts

Litecoin's rally only lasted 10 months; Bitcoins' rally lasted 28 weeks! Since, both have been consolidating for 12 months.

The alts I looked at are populous, stellar lumens, and omg. I don't have trade ideas for these, I'm just going over some things that I look at.
