XLM - best altcoin of 2019
Stellar lumens is in my opinion the most promising altcoin, IBM backed, fast, scaleable, well funded, can launch ICOs (and is currently doing so) solid competitor to both ethereum and bitcoin (more so ethereum). It has held up very well in the bear market, more than pretty much any other crypto. When the bull comes back expect a monster rally and blue sky breakout to new ATHs
