Efficient Trend Step Mod

This is my mod of a wonderful script by alexgrover. See his comprehensive description of the logic behind the script at his page at tradingview.com/script/HxtiD091-Efficient-Trend-Step-Spotting-Trends-Efficiently/.
Added are labels, alerts and selection of periods among (mainly;)) fibo numbers.
