Consolidation Channels + MMA
This indicator has 2 components
1. Channel/Bands - the base average is created using the average price of the lookback period with and outer bands uses a % multiplier in either direction.
2. Mean Moving Average - Created with a similar calculation to the above, using the abs mean of each candle
