Based on my analysis,
If you have BAT coin, you should sell it because we have 3 SELL signals, and also, the candles below the resistance line(0.256).
If you do not have it, but you wanna buy, you should wait for;
a) BUY signals from the indicator
b) the resistance line(0.256) turns the support line, or
c) the candles crush the support line(0.1591)
After buying it, you may sell it the candles crush the dashed line if you buy from B option,
you may sell it another SELL signals if you buy from A option, or
you may sell it at the resistance line if you buy from C option
