200MA Second bottom Higher Low! Based off Bitcoin's past, 200MA is safe for bottom. Look at it on a BLX chart. Bitcoin has been using the 200MA as a bottom since the beginning.

My guess is that we'll see Bitcoin break out of the Triangle after the Halving.

Alt's should be now making some moves here.
