BTCUSD: A "PRECEDENT" Has Been Forged. Will it Be Broken?

Hi Everyone! If we are in a long term bull trend (according to the 9-Week Time Frame) and the Green Line in the WEEKLY falls "below" Level 50 "THEN COMES BACK UP AND CLOSES ABOVE LEVEL 50," the "odds" of the Green Line immediately turning back down below Level 50 "WITHOUT" making a higher high is SLIM AND NONE. Will this precedent be broken? Time will tell... I don't thinks so... But that is my opinion....
