The community's proposal to donate $1 million to the Ether comm

The ApeCoin community has voted to approve AIP-230, a proposal to "donate 1 million to the Ether community". The proposal proposes to donate $300,000 to ETHGlobal and sponsor 700 ,000 to 11 ApeCoin hackathons and at least five charity events, in response to V-God's call for Ape to fund public goods in 2022.
