Near Term = Downward Pressure; Mid Term = One More Push Up...
...Long Term = More Accumulation in Anticipation of the Coming LiteCoin Block Halving in August, 2019. If you haven't noticed, we're also seeing sign of a Head & Shoulders in the Daily TF. So, expecting one more push up is kind of risky under the present circumstances; with so many conflicting signals in multiple time frames. Needless to say, I do see more downward pressure in the very short term with a chance of upward pressure potentially beginning tomorrow evening and one last push upward near previous high before falling back down to test support.

Let me EMPHASIZE the call for one more push up is a POSSIBILITY. What we are seeing in the Daily worries me in regard to another push up. If we do have another push up, I just do NOT see a significant push up. Is it worth a trade for one more small push up? That's what you will have to determine for yourself. If you're already in a long position or already have litecoin in your account on an exchange, you may consider implementing a trailing stop to protect current gains and/or prevent big losses.
