SALT - Strong Breakout (Over 179% Earnings Potential)

I've been looking at SALT for the past few days, and soon you can see why. But before we get started, let me remind you that this will be a short term trade. We are going to get in and out, in a matter of days, with the purpose of securing some profits right away.

Lets start by taking a quick look at the daily chart (you can see it above):

- On this chart above, I marked some dates for you. The first thing that you can notice, if you follow my lead, are the red squares and the vertical lines. These squares represent a "bottom", which is a low price that SALT reached at a certain time. The "bottom" we saw just 3 days ago hasn't been touched since late November 2017. Back then, after this bottom was reached SALT had a nice run. Now, after several strong breakouts, which is a very strong signal for upward action, SALT is breaking out again on the daily chart. Today breakout is really STRONG.
- We are going to use these signals, together with some others, to pull out some targets and profit from this trade.
- On the daily chart, the MACD is crossing over just now, still just getting starting, but already pointing upwards and with plenty of room for growth (we are near the bottom). The RSI is just bouncing from the oversold line (You can get a better view of the breakout and other indicators on the 4 hours chart).
- The STOCH, DMI and OBV are all trending bullish.
- The TD Sequential indicator is also on our side and the weekly chart is forming to close on a positive candle. This candle is closing tomorrow, but it is looking like it will be a good close for a positive week, next week.

You can aim to sell between the first and third target, depending on your buy in and patience. I will be aiming for the second and third targets. The rest is for reference and just in case SALT growths becomes really good.

Stop loss: 0.000399

The cryptocurrency market is bearish right now, which includes the Altcoins market, so the price can go up or down. If the price goes down, the number above, the "stop loss", is where you stop your loss. This is where you give up the trade. The stop loss is not your goal, but a fail safe mechanism. If things go bad, you cut your losses and move on. Your aim should be to sell on target, this is only useful if the price of this coin starts to go down.

Our trade is still active, as our trendline has been holding but make sure to activate your stop loss. If we break the trendline and start going down, this trade is done.

Here is our stop loss: 0.000399 (it will all depend on how this hour closes, but it looks like it will be taken down).

SALT is a good project with long term potential, but if it is going to consolidate for long, it is better to wait on the sidelines and open a new position again in the future. But this coin can be hold long as we are already very close to the bottom.

The price bounced strong after reaching bottom, but we still have to face resistance around the 0.00416 levels. So we have to close above this line to signal strength once more. Here is the hourly chart for a short term view:

I am closing this trade. I will reduce the use of stop loss in the future and there won't be anymore trades until the market is bullish again, when Bitcoin breaks and closes above the strong resistance that it is facing now and finally closes above the $13,000+ price level.
