SOL: Red Line in 3-D Needs to Rise Above Aqua Level 10

Hi Everyone! We need the Red Line in the 3-Day to rise above Aqua Level 10 apparently before we will have increased odds to rise up to the White Lower B-Band in the 3-Day time frame.
