Hey Friends <3
We are now taking a look at Ripple - 1H XRPUSD Chart. It all started with the bear flag, which took us a long way down. Ripple got lucky, when Bitcoin decided to jump out from its descending wedge, which also took Ripple into a steep uptrend.
BUT: First and foremost Ripple is still way below 78,6 % retrace. Ripple is also struggling compared to all the other top altcoins. The last 24 hours it has only gained 1,5 %.
In spite of that XRP managed to kick start a new Elliott Wave Cycle. I have drawn the sub waves in purple for you! We have already finished our 1st and 2nd Primary Elliott Waves and are at this very moment trying to climb the 3rd.
I want you to take notice of the dotted black lines on the price chart and on the RSI. As you can see the price are making higher lows, while the RSI is making lower lows. This is called Hidden Bullish Divergence and can be seen when the pair is in an uptrend, and it predicts a trend continuation pattern.
On the other hand: Regular divergence is a signal of a potential trend reversal.
So therefore we can expect, since THE TREND IS OUR FRIEND, that we will continue up, and get that 3rd subwave started on the 3rd Primary EW.
BUT, once again, under these circumstances and with the uncertainty in the market, Bitcoin will still show Ripple directions! I have a feeling IF BTC soon will go up, Ripple will start to fare better than BTC.
On the other hand - IF BTC will fall and get a major rejection due to heavy resistance at 9,000 USD, it will ONCE again be fatal for Ripple. One mistake and we have an EW failure, and we can expect Ripple to go down to the blue support line once again!

As I told you: If BTC drops, Ripple will drop even more. Poor, poor Ripple. Once again - XRP is in big trouble.

We are taking a look at Ripple again! First a big drop in price, after that we managed to go up, but slowly lost momentum and fell out out the ascending wedge. Hereafter we had another huge spike and a bull flag is taking form!
BUT WATCH OUT guys. If Bitcoin drops a bit more Ripple will fail big time. IF BTC goes up, Ripple will rise a big flag pole.
So monitor the BTCUSD chart.

So I warned you about the bull flag, and look what happened. A drop in BTC's price destroyed Ripple once again. Ripple is doing sooo unbelievable badly lately compared to the other alt coins.
Pay attention to the yellow circle = Elliott Wave failure. If Bitcoin falls lower expect XRP to head dive down to the blue support line.. Uuuugh!
